Tim Dougherty joined the Jerome’s family as Director of Supply Chain in June 2017. His responsibilities include the strategic analysis, development, optimization and implementation of demand and supply planning activities. Dougherty was previously working with Jerome’s as an industrial engineering consultant. The majority of his professional career has included several roles within engineering and technical program and project management, primarily in manufacturing operations.
Dougherty is from southern New Jersey and has resided in San Diego for over 16 years, with a brief stint in Atlanta, Ga. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and an M.Eng in Industrial Engineering, both from Lehigh University. In the spring semesters, Dougherty is an adjunct lecturer at the University of San Diego’s School of Engineering. He currently enjoys absolutely no hobbies or interests because he is too busy with his twin four year old daughters, Brooke and Iris, and his wife, Mindy.
